Referral pathways

Our referral process is designed to be efficient and collaborative:

• Complete our online referral form (available on request)
• Send a referral letter with relevant clinical information
• Provide copies of diagnostic test results and imaging reports
• Include a summary of the patient's medical history and current treatment
• Specify the type of consultation needed (diagnostic, treatment planning, rehabilitation, etc.)
• Indicate any urgency level for the referral

• Genetic testing and molecular diagnostics

Sample requirements

For specific tests, please ensure that samples are collected and transported according to our guidelines:

• Genetic testing: Blood samples (EDTA tubes) or saliva samples (if approved)
• Metabolic testing: Blood and urine samples collected under specific conditions
• Imaging: Digital files in DICOM format (for MRI, CT, PET scans)
• Pathology: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue blocks (FFPE)
• Other tests: Specific protocols for each test (available on request)
